Pending Home Sales Rebound in May, Up 8.2%: "Pending sales of previously owned U.S. homes rose more than expected in May, a trade group said Wednesday, but a glut of unsold properties remains a drag on the housing market."

Why do pending home sales go bad ? What makes pending sales fall out of escrow ?..there are reports says that "Pending home sales bounced back in May, matching the highest level in the past two years, and are well above year-ago levels"..

Most of the time people just can't get approved or home can't get appraised for the selling price.
